Custodian
Take pride in keeping our campus running! MCCTC is seeking a full-time Custodian for the afternoon shift (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) to help maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and basic maintenance of our buildings, facilities, and grounds. A high school diploma or GED is required, previous custodial experience is preferred, and candidates must hold a valid driver's license and be able to pass BCI/FBI background checks and a drug screen. Compensation follows the union-negotiated salary schedule. Secretary

MCCTC is looking for a Secretary (195 days, 8 hours per day) to support administrators, staff, students, and parents through diverse, multi-duty administrative work. Ideal candidates have secretarial or administrative experience, proficiency in Google Workspace and school management software (DASL and ProgressBook preferred), and excellent communication and organizational skills. Data, Accountability & Achievement Coordinator (Full-Time, 12-Month)
Turn data into student success! MCCTC is seeking a full-time Data, Accountability & Achievement Coordinator to lead student achievement tracking, program compliance, and strategic reporting—ensuring every student successfully navigates their career-technical and graduation pathways. Serving as a vital link between data and institutional success, this role works closely with district leadership, instructors, partner schools, and the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW). The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, has at least two years of Career Technical Education experience, and brings expertise in EMIS, ProgressBook, OHID applications, and Ohio graduation requirements, along with strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. Must pass BCI/FBI background checks and a pre-employment drug screening. Compensation follows the Coordinator salary schedule, with an anticipated start date of August 2026.
